Term 4 – Monday 5 October to Saturday 12 December
*Please note – Term 1 has been shortened due to staff & students attending a dance festival in Los Angeles in April.
2009 ENROLMENTS
2009 ENROLMENTS ARE NOW OPEN TO CURRENT STUDENTS
Current students have been posted their 2009 enrolment pack, with class level recommendations for 2009. All students must enrol for 2009 if they wish to attend classes – preference is given to current students, however class places are not guaranteed from year to year as the timetable, class levels, & class eligibility changes for the majority of the school from year to year. New students can enrol from December 1.
ANDRE RIEU PERFORMANCE
Our very own La DanSe Company have been asked to provide pre-show entertainment for Andre Rieu at the Telstra Dome in November! If you happen to be attending the concert, look out for our dancers who will be performing in the lobby areas. Good luck girls!
INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DANCE FESTIVAL
Theatre De La DanSe has been selected to represent Victoria at ‘Dance Excellence’ – an International Youth Dance Festival held in Los Angeles, USA in April 2009! This is a great honour and we are extremely excited about this event. La DanSe Company and our VCE Dance students will be representing TDLD at this event. They will participate in classes, workshops, competitions, and perform at Disneyland! Congratulations to all involved!
BIRTHDAY PARTIES

NEW SENIOR BALLET STUDIO
In Term 2 we relocated our Senior Ballet & VCE Dance classes to premises in East Boundary Road, East Bentleigh. We have exclusive use of the premises (a former Guide Hall), with 2 fully fitted out studios and ample carparking. The students and teachers are thoroughly enjoying working in such a wonderful environment.
